Feedback Checks

Feedback Checks are an extended form of regular Mystery Shopping. After the check, the Mystery Shopper conducts a brief conversation with the tested co-worker and/or the manager, in which he concretely describes his impressions and experience, and explains his evaluation.

The MSM Feedback Checks sensitize POS employees more strongly to the customer's perspective than does classical Mystery Shopping. Through the process that the Mystery Shopper can directly explain and comment on the results, firms experience the evaluation as fair and objective. This circumstance leads to an increased readiness and capacity for change. The employee perceives the check as assistance and not as control.
